Personal Cash Flow Analysis - March 29, Macon
Back by popular demand, Mike Allen, a faculty member of the Georgia Banking School with more than 40 years of industry experience, will cover the A-Zs of how to analyze personal cash flow and personal tax returns. This program is designed for consumer lenders, commercial lenders, and credit analysts/underwriters. The training will assist those bankers who originate consumer loans as well as commercial bankers and underwriters who want to get a clear picture of a guarantor's cash flow to aid in identifying the availability of excess personal cash flow that could be available to provide additional support to related borrowing requests. Through a combination of lecture and casework, participants will learn how to calculate sources and uses of personal cash flow and any remaining cash flow to support additional debt. Call Reporting - April 19, Macon
Presented by Michael Gordon, Nicole Cunningham and Bill Curtis of Mauldin & Jenkins, this seminar offers practical techniques to improve your overall call reporting process. Participants will receive a detailed line-by-line review of the commonly completed Call Report schedules with helpful tips for reporting individual items. Relationships between schedules and common errors will be discussed as part of this review. The session will also include a review of the proposed and finalized changes for 2023, including the revisions related to the Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) model and changes to the reporting of troubled debt restructured loans.
